Usually I'm a disciplined shopper. The sort of killjoy, grumpy shopper who makes scoffing noises when their shopping partner says "it's on sale! 80% off!" and points out that 80% off shit is still you trading money for shit. But all a bookstore needs to do is underprice Amazon and suddenly I can rationalize 12 books by saying that maybe Singapore Airlines won't have any good movies on the way home. Even though Singapore Airlines always has good movies.
